Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts, with a concentration in Accounting and Economics from Augustana College. He went on to get an MBA from St. Ambrose University. He is a CPA licensed in Iowa and Illinois and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Illinois Society of CPAs.
Tom has spent his career working with small businesses, non-profits and churches assisting them in the areas of financially organizing themselves, keeping them tax compliant, and helping them to better succeed financially.

Molly has been working in the accounting industry along her father, Tom Hammar, for over 10 years. Accounting is a second career for Molly; she initially graduated from Bradley University and Rush University with degrees in Clinical Nutrition.
She now specializes in helping small businesses, churches, and non-profits in financial compliance and organization.
